This fast track project required significant coordination with the local permitting authorities in order to deliver the first phase of this $1.3 million project in just 49 days. Training facilities, conference rooms, managerial offices, new toilet and shower facilities were constructed, and the base building HVAC system was extensively modified. Forty five thousand square feet of the premises consisted of raised floor with modular office furniture systems. A twenty nine thousand square foot second phase was also constructed which consisted of dense open office system, raised floor, HVAC upgrades and managerial offices.
