EDMC, the parent company of the Art Institutes, was so pleased with our performance on the Art Institute of Austin that they selected us to construct a sound recording studio on the sixth floor of their Houston campus located near the Galleria. Working closely with the owner, we minimized scheduling issues related to permit delays and concealed structural conditions that required modification of in-place structural bracing. The successful resolution of these issues allowed the school to open these facilities in time for their spring semester of classes.
