Located at 801 Pennsylvania Avenue in the prestigious Market Square development, this $1.6 million project was designed by OTJ Architects. High-end mahogany paneling and beveled glass; state of the art audio and video teleconferencing infrastructure and equipment; specialty light fixtures; and, a FM 200 fire suppression system were installed. Security concerns dictated that construction activity occur during business hours, and the residential component of Market Square further complicated the project's execution. Occupied law partner offices were adjacent to the newly constructed teleconferencing suites placing a premium on attentive management of subcontractors.
