Moore’s accounting and reporting provide timely information to support decision making, and traditionally exceed investor requirements.

Budgets are prepared annually and updated quarterly.

Monthly reports include a narrative written by the property manager and a leasing report written by the leasing manager. In addition there is a market overview, line-item budget-to-actual (monthly and annual), accounts receivable and payable, rent roll, environmental statement, and other pertinent data.
