Moore acquired 30 West Watkins in 2006 for $15.7 million. The building was a speculative 97,000 square foot laboratory that had failed to lease.
Moore converted the asset to a multi-tenant office product and repositioned it in the brokerage community.
Soon after commencing the multi-tenanting marketing plan, the asset was sold to an office user for $21.4 million.
