I would like to spend a few minutes to share some information about Moore&Associates.
- We have a history that spans nearly thirty years and presently have just under sixty employees.
- We are headquartered in the Washington, DC suburb of Bethesda, Maryland.
- We own, manage, and lease an office and retail portfolio of 3 million square feet, valued at three-quarters of a billion dollars.
- In the last twenty-four months we have consummated acquisition, disposition, and capital financing transactions aggregating $600 million.
- We entered the Austin market in 2004 and have since acquired 5 office buildings aggregating 750,000 square feet, now valued at $130 million.
- With the purchase and repositioning of Frontera Crossing, we will have invested nearly $50 million in Round Rock, including The Summit at La Frontera.
- Although new office development is coming very soon, at present, we own 240,000 square feet in Round Rock, or 60% of the multi-tenanted office space in Round Rock according to CBRE's statistics.
