Stephen Durr joined Moore&Associates in 1990 and leads the company in his capacity as President. He establishes and directs strategic planning for the company and assets under management; directs new business activities; and, manages senior officers. Mr. Durr has extensive experience in asset and property management, marketing and leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and capital structuring. Before joining Moore&Associates, Mr. Durr was Vice President of Rubloff Institutional Real Estate Services. Mr. Durr received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
